Terms of Service

1. Agreement
By creating a Settled account or using the service at allsettled.app, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
Settled is a scope checker for independent workers. You upload a contract or statement of work, describe a client request, and Settled analyzes whether the request falls inside or outside the scope of the agreement, then drafts a professional email response. Settled is not a law firm, does not provide legal advice, and does not represent you. Analyses are informational and should not be relied on as a substitute for legal counsel.
3. Your account
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity under your account.
- One account per person. You may not share credentials or resell access.
- You must provide accurate information and keep your account details current.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Upload documents you do not have the right to share or that contain confidential third-party information without authorization.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the service.
- Use Settled to generate unlawful, harassing, or deceptive content.
- Resell or redistribute Settled analyses as a standalone product.
5. Billing and refunds
Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe. Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically until canceled from the Customer Portal on your account page. Lifetime deal purchases are one-time and non-refundable after 14 days. You can cancel a subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not issue prorated refunds for partial periods except where required by law.
6. Your content
You retain ownership of the contracts, statements of work, and messages you upload. You grant Settled a limited license to process that content so we can provide the service (store it, send it to our AI provider for analysis, and return results to you). We do not sell your content or use it to train third-party models.
7. Termination
You can delete your account at any time by emailing support@allsettled.app. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, including for fraud, abuse, or chargebacks. On termination, your right to use the service ends immediately; stored analyses remain accessible for 30 days and are then deleted.
8. Warranty disclaimer
Settled is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that analyses are accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular contract or jurisdiction. AI output can be wrong; always review analyses and drafted emails before acting on them.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Settled is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid Settled in the twelve months before the claim arose, or $100, whichever is greater.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms over time. Material changes will be posted to this page with an updated “last updated” date. If the change is significant, we will notify active accounts by email. Continued use after the change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
