I've been glad to join the additional calls — the project has a lot of moving parts.

I want to flag that our agreement specifies bi-weekly check-ins. The weekly calls and ad hoc meetings we've been having represent meaningful additional time that isn't covered by the current engagement fee.

Going forward, I'd like to handle this one of two ways: we can formally expand the engagement to include weekly check-ins at an adjusted retainer, or we can return to the bi-weekly cadence from the contract.
